Troop Activity Calendar - 2010

Dear Scouts, Scouters, Parents/Guardians:

Online registration for Troop 454 outings is now required. To register online for an outing, please click on the image link above, which will take you to the Online Registration page. Please register by the deadline indicated, which is typically 10 days prior to the event. Information about each outing (date, time, cost, requirements) will be available on the website calendar OR as a PDF flyer.

Important: in the event some outing details have not been finalized and some information is not yet available, but you wish to go ahead and register online, please use "TBD" as necessary in any required form field. Once the information becomes available, the outing Tour Leader will email the details to you.

Also required: You must also print and complete an Outing Permission Slip for each Scout attending. Permission slips must be turned in by the day of the event.

Optional: Please go to the Forms Page if you need outing related information such as the Tour Leader Check List, Troop Outing Policies, Grub Master Policies or the Outing Food Report Form.

28 Folsom Lake 10-mile Hike: Rattlesnake Bar to Granite Bay. Please Note: This is a strenuous hike so scouts who have not participated in prior 10 mile hikes should make an educated decision regarding whether they should start with this activity. 10 Folsom Lake 20-mile Hike: Salmon Falls to Negro Bar. This is a Viper Patrol outing open to the entire troop. Important note: This 20-mile hike is for healthy, experienced scout hikers only. Please consider the strenuous nature of a 20-mile hike and determine if you are fit to participate before signing up for this event. Scouts that start this event must finish without parental intervention.
